X-ray Source
X-rays are supplied by a GeniX3D Cu ULD integrated beam delivery system, featuring a Cu anode microfocus X-ray source operating at 30 W (thermal focus size ~ 40 $\mu$m), coupled to a FOX3D graded multilayer Si/W parabolic mirror. Both are produced by Xenocs SA (Sassenage, France).
